These compact and efficient cooking devices features a series of gas-powered U-shaped steel burners (each 30,000BTU/hr) or infrared elements positioned beneath a grate or grill surface, controlled every 12” width. The charbroiler surfaces are stainless steel in the front and galvanised sides and back that retain and distribute heat evenly for consistent cooking results. Equipped with large oil collectors at the bottom, zinc alloy knob with chrome coating, these appliances are designed to withstand the rigors of a commercial kitchen environment.
