The 201010-T10A is a 10 x 10 mm French fry cutting disc for the Hamoki HLC-300 vegetable prep machine (machine SKU 201010). Cuts a 10 x 10 mm baton, the classic steak-cut chip, thick enough to stay fluffy inside through the fryer.
The HLC-300 processes up to 300 kg of produce per hour, so the disc is what sets the finished cut: the machine supplies the volume, the disc decides the shape. Discs change over in seconds without tools, letting one machine move between prep jobs across a service.
