Description
The 201010-H8 is an 8mm slicing disc for the Hamoki HLC-300 vegetable prep machine (machine SKU 201010). Cuts a substantial 8 mm slice that holds its shape through roasting, braising and stir-frying instead of collapsing.
The HLC-300 processes up to 300 kg of produce per hour, so the disc is what sets the finished cut: the machine supplies the volume, the disc decides the shape. Discs change over in seconds without tools, letting one machine move between prep jobs across a service.
