Description
The 201010-P2 is a 2mm slicing disc for the Hamoki HLC-300 vegetable prep machine (machine SKU 201010). Cuts a fine 2 mm slice, the setting most kitchens reach for when prepping cucumber, radish, courgette and potatoes for crisps, gratins and garnish work.
The HLC-300 processes up to 300 kg of produce per hour, so the disc is what sets the finished cut: the machine supplies the volume, the disc decides the shape. Discs change over in seconds without tools, letting one machine move between prep jobs across a service.

Frequently asked questions
- Which machine does the 201010-P2 fit?
- It fits the Hamoki HLC-300 vegetable prep machine, listed as SKU 201010. It does not fit the Hamoki VC65MS vegetable cutter or machines from other manufacturers.
- What cut does this disc produce?
- A 2mm slice. Cuts a fine 2 mm slice, the setting most kitchens reach for when prepping cucumber, radish, courgette and potatoes for crisps, gratins and garnish work.
- Can I use it for onions and tomatoes?
- Soft, high-water-content produce such as onions and tomatoes is not recommended. It tends to crush or turn mushy rather than cut cleanly, which causes clogging and uneven results. Firmer vegetables and fruit give the best cut.
- Is this disc covered by a warranty?
- Yes. It carries the manufacturer's 1 year parts warranty.
