Description
The 201010-H3 is a 3mm grating disc for the Hamoki HLC-300 vegetable prep machine (machine SKU 201010). Produces a fine 3 mm shred for cheese, carrot, beetroot and celeriac, the grade used for delicate slaws, toppings and garnishes.
The HLC-300 processes up to 300 kg of produce per hour, so the disc is what sets the finished cut: the machine supplies the volume, the disc decides the shape. Discs change over in seconds without tools, letting one machine move between prep jobs across a service.
